The Tik-TakAI application was developed to assist leak detectors and plumbers in managing their daily work, including service calls, report generation, and client management. We consider the protection of user privacy and the security of their data to be of paramount importance.

• Personal Information: Full name, phone number, and email address
• Client Information: Names, addresses, and contact details of end-customers
• Photos and Media: Photos of plumbing damage, leak detections, and repairs
• Financial Information: Payment details related to service calls
• Session cookies and authentication tokens from Proyectiv Blue — only for users who have enabled BLUESYNC and provided explicit consent

Information is used solely for operational purposes: managing service call logs, generating professional reports and sharing them with relevant parties at the user's request, and account security.

• Encryption: All communication is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols
• Data Segregation: Row Level Security (RLS) ensures each user accesses only their own data
• Data stored on secure cloud infrastructure — Base44 (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 certified)

BLUESYNC is an optional feature that allows synchronization of service calls from the Proyectiv Blue system directly into the app. Activation requires explicit and informed consent only.

What is collected when using BLUESYNC:

• Session cookies and authentication token from your Proyectiv Blue account
• Service call details: date, client name, address, call type, call number

Purpose of processing: Displaying and managing your service calls within Tik-TakAI only.

Storage and security:

• Credentials are stored encrypted under your organization only (RLS isolation — no other user can access them)
• Passwords are never stored under any circumstances
• Your consent is recorded with an immutable timestamp

Retention period: Until you disconnect BLUESYNC or delete your account.

Disconnection and deletion: You may disconnect BLUESYNC at any time from the BLUESYNC screen in the app. Upon disconnection, your credentials will be deleted.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Sharing occurs only as part of the App's functionality (e.g., sending a detection report to an insurance company at the user's request) or if required by law.

Infrastructure Providers (Data Processors):

• Base44 — the cloud platform on which the app runs; SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified; DPA available at base44.com/dpa
• Cloudflare — secure proxy for communication with Proyectiv Blue (used by the BLUESYNC feature only)

• Self-Deletion: Delete your account and all data through the App under Settings > "Danger Zone". This action is irreversible.
• Deletion Request: Send a request to serviceflow.app@gmail.com — we will delete data within 30 days.
